Payments
We encourage clients to pay by using contactless payment options, card, or by exact amount when using cash at the time of service. All purchases made on the website will be contactless payment only, products will be shipped or delivered when payment is finalized.
Cancelations and rescheduling
Please notify me immediately if you need to cancel your appointment. 24 hour notice is preferable, but in a Covid world anything can happen so please let me know as soon as possible, and we will reschedule you in 14days. If you will be more than 15 min late we will need to reschedule to my next available appointment.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with over the last 14 days has a fever or has had Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment. We will be taking temperatures upon arrival to the salon.
Gift certificates/cards
Gift cards may be purchased online or in person only through DeAna Nicole Skincare and Hair.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final on services. Products maybe exchanged or returned for store credit only. No refunds on products or gift cards. There are no refunds or credits given on services as all results very and no guarantees can be made.

Hours very, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4-8 pm ; Saturday 7am-12pm.

Children or additional guests
We love children, your children and ours!
Please be advised that we no longer have a waiting area so please do not bring a guest or child with you unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
